This esteemed initiative, proudly presented by the European Leadership Academy, represents a significant step towards fostering inclusivity and empowerment in digital future.

Scheduled to take place from July 21st to July 26th, 2024, in thecity of Warsaw, Poland, this year's Summer School promises to be an enriching and transformative experience. Supported by Huawei's educational initiative "Seeds for the Future," the program offers full scholarships to 29 exceptionally talented young individuals.

Aligned with the European Commission's vision for a gender-equal Europe by 2025, the Summer School seeks to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead in the digital era. Through engaging with top experts and renowned public figures, attendees will delve into topics such as sustainable leadership, technology's role in our interconnected world, and effective communication strategies.

The selection process will be conducted by a distinguished jury comprising Members and former Members of the European Parliament and European Commission, esteemed professors, business executives, and equality advocates from across Europe. This ensures a fair and rigorous evaluation of applicants, guaranteeing the selection of the most deserving candidates.

As witnessed in past editions held in cities like Lisbon, Prague, Nice, and Valencia, the Summer School has been instrumental in nurturing future leaders.
