Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine
The Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine offers four (4) programs at the level of basic/bachelor studies:
Agricultural Economics – BA, 180 ECTS
Some of the objectives of this program are to create scientific studies in the field of Agribusiness, to transmit new knowledge and competences to the economy of the future production of Agribusiness, to produce graduates with a strong and practical basis and to equip the theory with the analytical skills of the economic degree for potential income. the economic issues facing the agribusiness in the sale of the current company of the companies of the companies of the academic continuation of the Agroeconomy. The Agricultural Economics study program has the vision of the interests of the mission projects for the perspective generation and the renewal of the system of reforming the education system in relation to me is the truth of the work in Kosovo as well as regional and European integrations in the field of Agribusiness .

Plant Production – BA, 180 ECTS
The curriculum of the study program is linked to the program of the University of Ljubljana-Slovenia and contains a list and structure of compulsory and elective subjects and modules with their description. Known acquired through the study program and new challenges the application of knowledge and skills acquired during studies to solve complex problems in the environment of or unknown successes, some scientific fields of agriculture. This program aims to enable them to:
- apply the curriculum through good learning themes and learning activities to the expected outcomes,
- understand the lessons related to this curriculum,
- use different teaching strategies and student-centred learning,
- prepare teaching materials and use digital media in teaching,
- apply the in-depth scientific context in the field of plant sciences in different scientific,
- collect materials for studies by applying relevant scientific methods.

Animal Production – BA, 180 ECTS
The main basis of the study in the Animal Production program is to announce the characteristics of the wide field of different knowledge and the development of an important activity of life and livestock in the industry. The student should be introduced to the main principles of livestock production through discussions of anatomy and physiology of life, genetic improvement, physiology of lactation, growth and body levels, animal hygiene, different breeds of life, technology of agricultural products, etc. . The knowledge acquired through the Animal Production study program begins to apply to the knowledge and skills acquired during studies for the successful solution of complex problems in the new or unknown environment, objects in the scientific field of Animal Production.
This program aims to enable them to:

Food Technology with Biotechnology
Food Technology with Biotechnology – BA, 180 ECTS
The main goal of this program is the education and professional training of those interested who come from the preliminary level of secondary education (Food Technology), natural sciences and engineering, with the aim of connecting natural sciences (Biology, Chemistry) with processing and production technology in the highest scientific level.
The professional field is very broad and includes activities in scientific and developmental research, planning and use of techniques and equipment for food processing, production and control of food of plant and animal origin. This program prepares cadres in practical activities in the field of processing, production, planning, quality assurance and development and creates a strong foundation for students who are oriented for further development in the field of technology and biotechnology.
The objective of the Department of Food Technology with Biotechnology remains the further development of human and technical-technological capacities, experts in the field of Food Sciences, who will have real employment opportunities due to the pronounced lack of experts in this field. This will have a direct impact on raising the level and aligning our standards with European ones to further enable the increase in the consumption of local products, the increase in exports and the economic development of the country through agriculture and agro-processing as a very promising field for the development of rural areas and the overall economic development of the country.
