Selection Criteria
The University of Prishtina (UP) defines the selection criteria, prioritizing course proposals that align with or complement the academic priorities and needs of its departments. Special preference will be given to international faculty who demonstrate a commitment to developing future institutional collaborations with UP.
If no suitable local counterpart (co-professor) is available for a course, the PISU Committee reserves the right to prioritize alternative courses or applicants, regardless of the quality of the application.
Remuneration and Logistics
- Selected visiting professors will receive an honorarium of 700 EUR (gross) for the duration of the course.
- Travel arrangements will be managed by the PISU staff, who will purchase tickets upon confirmation of selection. Costs unrelated to direct travel to Kosovo (e.g., long stopovers or additional hotel stays) will not be reimbursed.

- Accommodation will be arranged in a dormitory and covered by the organization for the teaching period, plus three additional days (preceding and/or following your teaching period) if necessary.
