The scientific workshop for the diaspora was held at the Kosovo Embassy in the Netherlands, where participants were diaspora scholars, representatives from the University of Prishtina, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, as well as from the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation. Vice-rector Avdiaj was a representative from the University of Prishtina, where he had the opportunity to coordinate efforts to advance in the international sphere.

Together with the Ambassador of Kosovo in the Netherlands, Dren Doli, Vice-rector Sefer Avdiaj met with the Associate Professor of Maastricht University, Fabian Raimondo. They gathered at the premises of the Kosovo Embassy in the Netherlands to discuss the creation of a course on Transitional Justice at the International Summer Course of the University of Prishtina.

Such initiatives represent the efforts of the University of Prishtina to offer courses in the field of Human Rights in general.
