In his congratulatory message via video link, Eli Vinokur, the vice-rector for strategy, economic development, and internationalization at Gordon Academic College of Haifa, Israel, described the University of Prishtina as a leading institution of higher education, both locally and regionally.

Vinokur noted that at Gordon Academic College of Education, the partnership with the University of Prishtina is highly valued and there is a commitment to strengthening it.

The two institutions will soon crown their cooperation with a memorandum of understanding, which Vice-Rector Vinokur said he would have the pleasure of signing personally, on behalf of the college he represents.

Furthermore, the proven friend of the University of Prishtina considered the 55 years of this institution as years of academic excellence and impact.

Vinokur also explained what a university means to him. For him, universities are not just centers of knowledge, but also beacons of innovation, critical thinking, and social progress.
